"My son had been bugging me to take him here, and I'm glad that I took him. Pan-n-Ice is really ice cream theatre. They have a variety of flavours, and the portions are quite big. We went for the bubblicious and the look on my son's face whilst they made his ice cream was just priceless. It's something you have to try for yourself. An experience indeed..."

"The ice cream was incredibly creamy and delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness and rich flavor. I loved the texture, and the ingredients tasted very fresh and high-quality. It was smooth, with no ice crystals, and melted pleasantly in the mouth. The staff (ms.jebin)were also very friendly and the service was quick and efficient."

"Delicious rolled ice cream, nothing more to say about it really. They have a set menu with classic and 'viral' flavours etc. And you can also make your own. Customer service was good. Luckily, there wasn't a big line when I was there and my order was ready within 5 minutes. Be prepared to wait during busy times or warmer weather, I guess."

"I've always wanted to try this finally we came on a weekeday and there was no line unlike during the weekends. We ordered the oreo and the nut reese. I forgot what is the exact name they called it. Both were very good but the one with reese is much tastier. Will order again next time."

"We had the “say cheese” flavour with strawberry and cheesecake. Ice cream and service were good, there was a 5-6 person queue ahead of us, but moved quickly. I felt ice cream was expensive though. We tried it mostly due to recent fancy for rolled up ice creams. Ok as a one time experience."

I stopped by the Westfield Stratford stand and ended up staying just to watch the ice cream being made. The whole process is honestly hypnotic. Fresh cream poured onto the freezing pan, your toppings chopped and mixed in, then spread thin and rolled into these perfect little spirals. It feels less like ordering dessert and more like watching a mini performance. What really made it special though was the team. The staff were so friendly and enthusiastic, chatting with customers while making the rolls and making everyone around the stand smile. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that energy makes the whole experience even better. Then comes the taste — and wow. The ice cream is unbelievably creamy and rich, with every bite packed with flavour from the fresh ingredients. It looks amazing, tastes even better, and somehow disappears way too quickly! Pan-n-Ice isn’t just a place to grab ice cream — it’s one of those little moments that makes your day better. Watching it being made, enjoying the flavours, and sharing the excitement with everyone around the stand made it the highlight of my visit to Westfield Stratford. Safe to say this won’t be my last visit… I’m already thinking about which flavour to try next! Huge thanks to the team!"

"We went for a shopping in Stratford mall (Westfield) one of the best place to time pass, shopping, gaming,casino,and food as well.. In recent time in insta we are seeing about this rolling ice cream where we get the ice cream in a roll form. So we and our friends also want to try them, so when we are shopping at that time we see a couple of people we holding the same ice cream which where we discussing about.. so we fans the place where it was making The Pan-n-Ice where we found the rolling ice cream this is different to comparing with other ice creams. We have multiple options to select the flavour and other things , so we ordered the ice cream named The G.O.A.T which comes with ferrero rocher, kinder Bueno, Nutella and Oreo. Once we ordered we stay in the line and wait for our turn. One we reach the counter they start to take all the cookies, chocolates, and cream that we selected and start breaking them on a ice platform which looks soo different and kind of messy, once all the stuff got in to pieces they make them roll and place in a bowl and topping them with selected flavour of cream. The taste was good and the was excellent definitely worth of waiting and recommending to all the people to try at least once. But I will give 3stars for the service because the people who are working there was not helpful and not having a smiling face and a bit of attitude on the face which is not so friendly and not even helping in the menu. People who are trying something new they need a little help with the menu that where I did find I them. Service was bad but the taste of the food and presentation was excellent. Definitely recommended item."
